OTHER LEAGUE RULES & INFORMATION
1. A block of tee times will be allocated for Men’s League Players, and we ask that you sign-up for tee times one week in advance. In order to properly prepare for scoring, when tee times are made we need every individual’s name.
2. USGA RULES. The ball will be played down, unless specified otherwise by the Rules committee. Must putt out on every hole, no gimmies!! Certain playing conditions may warrant local rules to be implemented. When checking in for play, consult the golf shop staff for local rules of the day.
3. Keep pace with the group ahead and/or with the pace of play schedule found on the cart yardage books.
4. Keep one scorecard per foursome, with all players signing upon completion of play.
Weekly Hole Contests $1: 1 Closest to Pin, 1 Longest Putt & 1 Raffle Winner each wk.
Monday Morning Men’s League
- Preliminary Play Begins on March 17th, 2008. Formal League Play will begin on April 7th, 2008 with opening day meeting & Golf scramble.
- Reserve tee-times from 8am - 9am(times will move up in accordance with sunrise). Call 849-8274 to make t-times.
- $65 league fee, 100% of fee goes towards Merchandise winnings & Official USGA handicap—league fee must be paid before start of formal play in april.
- Green fee Rate for Non-River Glen Members, $29 with cart.
Format of play is individual stroke play. Every week competitors will vie for points in their respective flight, 1st place will receive 5 pts, 2nd place will receive 3 pts, and 3rd place will receive 1pt. At the end of the month, point total leaders will receive winnings in the form of golf shop merchandise credits.
Handicaps/flights will be adjusted at the end of each month, to ensure fair competition.
