POOL RENTAL ONLY
Pool Rental Fee: $150 Private parties for children 12 or under.
$200 Private parties for adults or children over 12.
Rental Deposit: $100 Deposit will be refunded if no damage is present and the facility is left clean.
Hours of Rental: 6:00 - 8:00 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays
8:00 - 10:00 PM on Mondays, Wednesdays and Sundays, (no Friday or Saturday rentals)
Guards Required: 2 Guards (1-25 people) 3 Guards (26-60 people)
4 Guards (61-95 people) 5 Guards (96- up people)
Fee for each guard is $10.00 per hour and is payable at the time of rental.

By my signature below, I agree to pay the guards at the above rate, to end the party by the specified time, to leave the facility clean and undamaged. If the BBQ area is used I agree to clean the grills and dispose of the ashes in the metal ash can provided. If my party is for 10 or fewer guests I will allow others to use the BBQ area simultaneously. I understand that I may forfeit the damage deposit and may incur additional charges if I breach this agreement.
